jonasgirl622: This blog is so inspirational! I've never been heavy. I'm really short (4'10") and the most I've ever weighed is 110 lbs, but even though I'm small it helps me stay healthy and toned. So I just wanted to say thank you for the continued motivation and to all the girls submitting pictures, you all look amazing! :)

Staying healthy and toned can be a challenge in itself and you should be very proud of yourself. You’re exponentially welcome and I hope that everyone who has submitted a photo or story can see the praise that they get for their hard work and commitment. :)

Anonymous: half of these sick bitches aren't even fat 120 > 100 ? WFT im 220!

You are free to make your own assumptions. However, these people have worked hard nonetheless to reach a goal and they have made it. They deserve praise. This blog is dedicated to their success, to before and after photos, and to inspire others that whatever goal they set for themselves is attainable. Regardless if a person loses 20lbs or 100lbs, they have made a change in their life that they are proud of and should be congratulated. I am thoroughly proud of every individual on this blog. ♥

I recut this shirt into a racerback shirt this past week, and realized that I’d taken a picture two and a half years ago when I first started working out wearing the exact same shirt. Thought it might be fun to show what I look like wearing the shirt now as opposed to when I first started…little different, huh?
Both were taken in the girls’ bathroom in my university’s gym, if you’re curious.

You look amaaaaazing. Thanks for being an inspiration!

You are such an inspiration :D You look great!

Just because I love my new dress…

Current weight: 216.7lbs / March 5, 2012

In the beginning: 290lbs / July 4, 2011. (Starting weight was 307)

I know I keep using the same “before” pic, but it is the only one I have standing up and facing forward.

OMG YOU GUYS! I decided to pull out my old pants (size 26) to see how loose they are. And then I was thinking how cool it is when people can fit both their legs in one leg. And then I did it. And then I cried.

Anonymous: This may seem odd, but would you, as a person who has lost weight (or any other reader who has lost weight) mind divulging if you seem to be getting negative attention because of the physical difference? I want to be fit but that anxiety about being "too" noticed constantly prevents me from pursuing it. Thank you, and it's a great blog!

I’m not sure! Perhaps my followers can help by sending some asks about if they’ve ever felt this way. :))
